Independent Living Concepts (ILC) is dedicated to providing the assistance that you or a loved one needs to increase safety and independence in the home environment regardless of the physical, visual, auditory or cognitive challenges that are faced. We strongly believe that "Aging In Place" is possible and living at home will increase a persons quality of life.
Who We Are
We are a private consulting and service company that specializes in accessible home modifications. ILC was founded by Michele Hatch whose experiences include working as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) and as an Executive Home Modification Specialist. ILC is a family owned and operated business. We have over 40 years of combined clinical, business and personal experience with care taking and advocating for individuals with physical, cognitive, hearing and visual impairments. These experiences have led to the passion of helping others reach their maximum level of independence despite the obstacles and barriers in their lives.
What We Do
ILC is dedicated to reducing environmental barriers and increasing each individual's level of function through unique home modifications. We will assist you from the start of a project to completion, including evaluating, assessing, and providing solutions while helping you find the financial resources you need to remain in your home safely, comfortably and as independently as possible.
